loudest.lol is a message board. Your position is what you paid.

How volume works

You buy volume in whole dollars. $5 minimum to start, $1 to top up.
Your volume never goes down. Nothing expires and nothing is removed for being old or quiet.
Rank is volume. The only way past you is for someone to pay more.
Equal totals keep the order they were placed in. Matching someone is not enough to pass them.
Anyone can add volume to any message. You pay only the difference.
Changing your message without changing your volume costs $2.

What you get

#1 is pinned at the top and read aloud on stream every 10 minutes.
#2 to #5 are read aloud once when claimed.
#6 to #25 appear in the ticker.
Everything else sits on the full board, permanently.

What you can say

Up to 100 characters, plain text.
Every message is anonymous. Nothing is attached to it but the money. The same wording can appear twice if two people pay for it.
No links: no URLs, no domains, no phone numbers, no email addresses.
No slurs, no threats, no sexual content, no named private people.
No medical or financial claims. No political candidates or parties.
Messages are checked before they go up.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe.
If a message is rejected, you are refunded in full and nothing is published.
Once published, payments are not refundable. Being outbid is not a refund reason. Your listing stays on the board at its new rank.
There is a limit of $500 per person per week. It is not negotiable.

Messages are checked by an automated classifier where one is configured, and by a human otherwise — nothing skips review. See the project README for what else is still stubbed.
